Chronological.
DO YOU SHARE EVERY IMAGE YOU SHOOT?
I don’t. Duplicate shots, missed focused shots, and shots with bad timing I generally leave out.
ARE ALL IMAGES EDITED?
Yes, all images are fully edited as well as resized and optimised for digital sharing or print.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE SHOOT?
You can. Contact me for details or fill out the Booking Request Form.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHERE YOU’RE PLANNING TO SHOOT OR HAVE RECENTLY SHOT?

ARE THERE ANY PERKS FROM YOU SHARING A PHOTO OF ME ON A SESSION COVER?
Definitely! If you see a photo of you on the cover of a session on the website, contact or DM me. I’ll set you up to receive a free high-res file of your shot or a discount on any prints from your session.
CAN I ORDER DIGITAL IMAGES AS WELL AS PRINTS?
Yes. Both options are available to order.
CAN I CROP MY IMAGE?
Yes. When buying print products you will be able to use cropping tools to adjust your images before placing your order.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL IMAGE?
You will automatically receive an email with a link to download your digital image once you have completed your purchase.
DO YOU KEEP A COPY OF MY IMAGE IN CASE I LOSE THE FILE?
Yes. However, I strongly suggest you make at least two copies of the image file when you download it. There is a charge for providing a new download.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL FILES?
All digital files are downloadable products; therefore, purchases of digital files are final.
WHAT SIZE PRINTS DO YOU OFFER?
Photographic prints are available in three sizes: 6x9 inches, 8x12 inches and 12x18 inches.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE PRINTED ORDERS?
Prints will be supplied to you within approximately 3-10 working days. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for shipping to Australia and North America, 3-4 days to Europe.
During peak times, such as holidays, turn-around on orders may be slightly longer.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping will be charged at checkout. This service is administered by Queensberry on behalf of Shady Rachel.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS?
Purchases of prints are final. All prints are custom-made as you order them, therefore, I am unable accept exchanges or returns.
